Stetson stock

A leaguewide Elo rating, tracked like a stock price - built purely from game results and margins across the whole archive, not the model's own win-probability predictions. A win moves the rating up and a loss moves it down, more for a bigger surprise than an expected result, so beating a team you were supposed to beat barely moves it while a real upset (in either direction) does.
